PARTICULAR REGULATIONS

ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION

The Navarra Women´s Elite Classic, organized by M&M Ingeniería y Montaje Navarra S.L., with registered office at Polígono Industrial Agustinos F, w/n, will take place on 13/05/2025 in accordance with the regulations of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and RFEC.

ARTICLE 2. KIND OF RACE

The race is registered in the UCI World Calendar and is reserved for the Women Elite category. It is classified as WE 1.Pro and, in accordance with UCI regulations, awards:

250, 170, 140, 120, 100, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 10, 10 points respectively from 1st to 15th place; 6 points from 16th to 25th place; 5 points from 26th to 30th place; and 3 points from 31st to 40th place for the UCI Women Elite ranking.

It also awards RFEC ranking points to the top 25 riders in the final general classification.

ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION

According to article 2.1.005 of the UCI regulations, the race is open to the following teams: UCI Women’s WorldTeams, UCI Women’s ProTeams, UCI Women’s Continental Teams, UCI Cyclo-cross Professional Teams, and national teams.

The number of riders per team is set at 6, of which at least 4 must start the race, in accordance with article 2.2.003 of the UCI regulations.

ARTICLE 4. COMPULSORY TEAM PRESENTATION

The team presentation will be mandatory for all participating teams and riders. They must attend wearing official competition clothing on May 13th from 12:50.

The presentation will begin at that time, with each team presented every 2 minutes, coinciding with the signing-on procedure. The order will be communicated during the sports directors’ meeting on 12/05/26 at 17:00 or sent by email.

ARTICLE 5. PERMANENT OFFICE

The permanent race office will be located at Navarra Arena, Plaza Aizagerria nº 1, 31006 Pamplona (Navarra), from 13:45 to 18:30.

The meeting of the College of Commissaires will be held on May 12th at 14:00 at the same location.

Confirmation of starters and distribution of race numbers will take place on May 12th from 15:00 to 16:45 at Navarra Arena.

The sports directors’ meeting, organized in accordance with article 1.2.087 UCI, will be held on May 12th at 17:00.

The security meeting will take place on May 12th at 17:45 at Navarra Arena.

ARTICLE 6. RADIO TOUR

Race information will be broadcast on frequency 150.187,5 MHz.

ARTICLE 7. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Neutral technical assistance will be provided by SHIMANO, with 3 properly equipped neutral service vehicles and a broom wagon.

ARTICLE 8. TIME LIMIT

According to article 2.3.039 of the UCI regulations, any rider finishing more than 8% behind the winner’s time will not be classified.

In exceptional circumstances, this time limit may be adjusted by the College of Commissaires in consultation with the organizer.

ARTICLE 9. CLASSIFICATIONS

1. Individual Classification by Time (Art. 2.3.037 UCI): determined by the order of finish at the line.

2. Team Classification (Art. 2.3.044 UCI): calculated by adding the times of the first three riders of each team.
In case of a tie, the team with the lowest sum of positions will be ranked higher. If still tied, the team with the highest placed rider will prevail.

3. Best Sub23 Classification: determined by the order of finish among riders with a Sub23 license.

Total prize fund: 5,130.00 €

No prize money will be awarded for team classification, best Sub23, best Spanish rider, or best Navarre rider.

ARTICLE 11. ANTI-DOPING

The UCI anti-doping regulations apply in full. Spanish anti-doping legislation will apply additionally where relevant.

A designated and properly signposted area will be set up at the finish for controls.

ARTICLE 12. PROTOCOL

Riders must attend the podium ceremony within 5 minutes of crossing the finish line.

ARTICLE 13. PENALTIES

The UCI penalty scale will be applied.

ARTICLE 14

All cases not covered by these regulations will be decided according to UCI Cycling Regulations.

ARTICLE 15

All registered riders, followers and team staff must be insured against accidents in accordance with articles 1.1.006 and 1.1.022 of the UCI regulations.

The organizers accept no liability for accidents or damage to third parties and/or materials before, during or after the race, provided that UCI safety regulations are respected.

An insurance policy covering organizational risks will be contracted in accordance with article 1.2.034.

RIDERS’ BEHAVIOUR

According to article 2.2.025, riders are prohibited from discarding items carelessly. Objects must be placed safely at the roadside to ensure safety.

The use of glass containers is strictly forbidden.

As the race takes place on an urban circuit, waste collection zones will be established at the finish area, along with a clean-up team following the race.
