ARTICLE 1. ORGANISATION
The Navarra women’s elite classics race, organised by the CLUB KIROL BAT TRIATLOI TALDEA, with address at Avenida Barañain, 13, 5ºB, 31008, PAMPLONA, will be held on 10/05/2023 in accordance with the regulations of the International Cycling Union, RFEC.
ARTICLE 2. TYPE OF EVENT
The race is included in the UCI world calendar and is reserved for the FEMALE ELITE category. The race is classified in the WE 1.Pro1 class and according to the UCI regulations, attributes: 200,150,125,100,85,70,60,50,40,35,30,25,20,15,10,5 points from 16th to 25th place and 3 points from 26th to 30th places 125,85,70,60,50,40,35,30,25,20,15,10,10,5,5,5,5, and 03 points to the next top ten riders in the classification of each race, for the UCI FEMALE ELITE classification. Likewise, RFEC Ranking points will be awarded to the first 25 riders in the final general classification.
ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION
In accordance with article 2.1.005 of the UCI regulations, the races are open to the following teams: UCI Women’s Teams, National Teams, Regional Teams, Club Teams. The number of riders per team is fixed at 6, of which at least 4 riders must start in accordance with article 2.2.003 of the UCI regulations.
ARTICLE 4. OBLIGATORY PARTICIPATION IN THE PRESENTATION OF TEAMS.
The presentation of teams for the Navarra women’s elite classics and Emakumeen women’s elite classics will be compulsory for all the teams and cyclists participating in this edition, and they will have to come with the regulation competition clothing on the 10th of May from 13:40h, where each team will start and will present themselves in 2 minutes at a time, coinciding with the signature control. The order of presentation will be indicated at the directors’ meeting held on 9/05/2023 at 18:30h or sent to each squad by e-mail.
ARTICLE 5. PERMANENT
The confirmation of participants and delivery of bibs by the team leaders will take place on Tuesday 9th May from 16:00 to 18:00 at Navarra Arena.

The sports directors’ meeting, organised in accordance with article 1.2.087 of the UCI regulations, in the presence of the Members of the College of Commissaires, will be held at Navarra Arena.
ARTICLE 6. LAP RADIO
Race information will be broadcast on the frequency 150187,5MHz.
ARTICLE 7. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
The neutral technical assistance service is provided by SHIMANO. The service is provided by 3 sufficiently equipped neutral assistance vehicles and a broom car.
ARTICLE 8. CLOSURE OF CONTROL.
In accordance with article 2.3.039 of the UCI regulations, any rider arriving in a time greater than 88% of the winner shall not be classified. In case of exceptional circumstances, the closing time may be increased or decreased by the commissaires in consultation with the organiser.
ARTICLE 9. CLASSIFICATIONS:
1.- INDIVIDUAL CLASSIFICATION BY TIME (Art 2.3.037 UCI regulations).
It shall be established by virtue of the order of arrival at the finish line.
2.- TEAM CLASSIFICATION (Art 2.3.044 UCI regulations)
It shall be obtained by the sum of the times invested in the race by the first three riders of each team. In the event of a tie, it shall be resolved in favour of the team that has obtained the fewest points in the sum of the positions of the three riders. In the event of a tie, the team whose first rider has obtained the best classification in the race shall be the winner.

ARTICLE 11. ANTI-DOPING
The UCI anti-doping regulations apply in full to this event. Should the case arise, the anti-doping legislation of Spain shall be applied in a subsidiary and complementary manner. A clearly marked area shall be set aside in the finish area of the stage for such services.
ARTICLE 12. PROTOCOL
At the end of the race, in accordance with articles 1.2.112 – 1.2.113 of the UCI regulations, the following riders shall present themselves on the podium in competition clothing for the protocol ceremony.

The awarded runners must report to the protocol within 5 minutes of entering the finish line.
ARTICLE 13. PENALTIES
The UCI / RFEC scale of penalties shall be applied.
ARTICLE 14.
All cases not foreseen in the present Regulations shall be resolved by the UCI Cycling Sport Regulations, as the case may be.
ARTICLE 15.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 1.1.006 and 1.1. 022 of the UCI regulations, all registered riders, all supporters and technical staff of the Sport Groups shall be insured against accidents that may occur during the race and its consequences in terms of civil liability, medical expenses, hospitalisation and repatriation to their home “The organisers shall have no liability for accidents or damage caused to third parties and/or equipment before, during or after the race” provided that they comply with the safety rules laid down in the cycling sport regulations of the International Cycling Union (1. 2.061, 2.2.015 and following). Likewise, in accordance with article 1.2.034, an insurance policy shall be taken out to cover the risks related to the organisation of the race.
BEHAVIOUR OF THE RUNNERS
In accordance with article 2.2.025, runners are forbidden to dispose of food, bags, jerry cans, clothes, etc., in any place whatsoever. The rider shall not throw anything onto the roadway itself, but shall

Due to the fact that the race will take place on an urban circuit, the organisers have made provision for the collection of jerry cans and other waste at the finish area. In addition, there will be a team for the collection of waste caused by the race just behind the green flag and a broom car.
